replaced an old [1997] uwave built in. This one is larger inside but fits the location well! It took a little creativity & thought to install (not much really) but all has worked out fine.

Since purchasing we have experienced several periods of time when the door will not open routinely. Must push and hold in to open. Returning soon

Very, very small microwave

I had to replace a built-in microwave, and because my cabinet was only 28 3/4" wide, my options were extremely limited. I ordered this microwave around July 3, and Best Buy was supposed to deliver it the evening of 7/13. On the evening of 7/13, I received a text message stating that delivery was rescheduled for 8/2! When it finally arrived, I was very disappointed. The interior was very small, and it looked like something that might cost $125. Its features were average at best, so I decided to return it. Best Buy charged me a 33% restocking fee (which is ridiculous!), but the LG microwave I purchased is wonderful - so I'm happy I made the switch.

I have no issues with the microwave but since I had to purchase the metal peice that goes around this (to fit in my cabinet) it did not fit. I returned both peices. The part that goes around the micro was almost as expensive.

It doesnt's work

My microwave doesn't work. When I called to tell them they told me it would take at least 3 weeks to get a new one and maybe more. Best Buy is taking over Pacific Sales and the warehouse is in a mess they say. So now I have a microwave in the slot and who knows when I will get it. Frustrating to say the least.

It works great, being built in over the oven is a lot better than the counter top model that takes up a lot of counter space.

Are the top and sides stainless steel? The "Stop, Timer, Clock and Start" buttons are very difficult to read.
