This machine was installed in my condo recently. While it contains some pretty cool workout programs and an amazing massive screen, it’s functionality can be frustrating. It seems to run on a cloud so it commonly freezes after a work out. The touch screen can be unresponsive. And most importantly: IT DOES NOT HAVE A CONVENIENT SPACE FOR YOUR PHONE! There are 7 pockets to store water bottles, bags, keys, etc but no shelf to place your phone and watch tv or read. This is an inexcusable design flaw. While you may jerryrig something at home, that is not an option in a commercial space and an absurd ask for a 2k + piece of equipment.

I am an employee of Best Buy and I highly recommend this product due to its large monitor and collection of trainer-led workouts. Sticking to a workout program can be daunting for me so it's nice that the workout library features so many different workout options. I use the studio classes most often but on really rough days I can switch to more scenic locations to help keep me motivated and entertained. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the machine actually adjusts your settings to match the class! So if I'm following an instructor run through the streets of Paris my treadmill will incline when the instructor goes up a hill. Pretty cool technology and a good way to push myself to work harder with the class.

I purchased this treadmill for a home gym. I've had it for two days and have not been able to complete a single run on it. Either the track just stops on it's own and the workout continues without me or the entire system crashes and restarts... Basically, it's a $3000, 400 lb paper weight... Save yourself the headache and buy something else.
