This is a really great TV. My wife is glued to the tub, awesome resolution. The technology is amazing as well. It has the HDMI-CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) technology that detects your first stick automatically, Adds it to the LG remote. Then you can control the first stick with the LG remote, one remote for everything. Put your first stick remote away!!!

Interestingly, I noticed that the 83’ version of the B4 uses the same processor as the C4 sets, making it very much the same TV for a lot less money. The C4 “Evo” panel allows for slightly better brightness, but if, like me, you won’t use the TV in a very bright room, you won’t know the difference. I am super pleased with the image quality right out of the box. But with a bit of tweaking, it gets better still. Vibrant but accurate color and perfect black levels. So far, it plays very nicely with my Onkyo receiver and Apple TV 4k. I appreciate the center pedestal stand, but this set is quite thin and would look great on the wall. If you want a large OLED, I think this is the best value runnning.

I’ve had this LG 83” OLED for a few weeks now, and I honestly can’t stop staring at it. The colors are insanely vibrant, the blacks are deep (like true black), and the overall picture quality is just stunning — especially in 4K. I was a little unsure about the size at first, but now I can’t imagine going back. It’s perfect for movies, sports, and especially gaming — super smooth and responsive with the PS5. The smart features are easy to use, and the sound is actually decent for a flat screen, though I paired it with a soundbar for the full effect. Expensive? Yeah. But worth it? 100%. If you’re thinking about going big, just do it.

Great Picture, Amazing Sound when linked with an LG Soundbar. Quick processor and easy navigation. Only drawback so far is that it will turn off on it's own. Not sure why. Also, had to unplug to reset a few times. Hopefully a software update will fix these issues

What can i say, this tv is fantastic. I went with the 83 because it has all the same specs as the 83” C4 less the brightness booster. I wasn’t concerned with that feature due to having a light controlled environment. To believe it, you have to see it. The OLED hype is well deserved. I dont use of any of the smart features. I have an appletv connected for all my streaming. For all intensive purposes; the B4 is giant monitor for me. I value the picture quality over all else. I cannot comment on the sound either, due having the tv conneted to home theater system. My only gripe would be all the “updating” via the internet this tv “seems” to need. I’m not a fan the suggestion stuff so ive opted out. I’m seriously considering disconnecting the B4 from the internet altogether. I’ve done all my tweaks. Other than the privacy concerns; the B4 83” is an absolute beast. Id highly recommend it.

Here’s the summary. The B4 model has a crystal clear picture, an adequately bright screen, deep blacks, and some color. The C4 model has a crystal clear picture, a bright screen, deeper blacks (better macro blocking), and very good colors. The G4 model has a crystal clear picture, very bright screen, the best blacks and deep, rich colors. If you’re going to just watch 4K content on YouTube, this television is absolutely perfect for you. One caveat, the stock sound stinks and you’ll have to buy a sound bar. I actually returned my 83” LG B4 model because the colors on my 2019 Samsung were better, and the stock sound on my Samsung was better. I’m not sure what TV. I’m going to buy in place of this TV, but it will have to be a TV with both good colors and good stock sound.
