It is wonderful to have an option for older people who struggle to make the transition from the older-style flip phones to touch screens. This phone is working well for my 80-something father, who finds change difficult. He was able to change providers and get a phone he could still understand and use. Simple, basic, and just right for those who just need a phone without too much fancy stuff.

We got this phone for my father-in-law because he doesn't want one of those fancy smart phones. It can take pictures, do texting, connect to his car and a few other things but he doesn't want all the apps and stuff that comes with a smart phone.

I got this phone for my 83 year young uncle. He said it’s easy use and the ringer volume is loud enough for him to hear, we are all excited about that! The buttons are larger and easy to dail.

The phone itself is fine with big buttons and moderate ease of navigation but very overpriced for what it is compared to the smartphones you can get. Watch out for Verizon hiking your bill because they class this as an "upgrade"! The camera is only 5MP, the screen resolution is even worse and doesn't do the camera justice. For the $168 price tag and Verizon lock in I was expecting more for the money.

I got this phone for my dad, who had been using a Samsung Knack for almost 10 yrs! Although this is a “basic” phone, it has a lot of really good functionality and features; my dad LOVES it. It’s a wonderful phone for older individuals who prefer to keep things simple!

This phone is great for me because of it being flip phone with big display and big numbers, easy for me to see.

Needed a new flip phone for Mom but she didn’t want a smartphone and it had to be a flip phone! Nothing these days but I found this one & we are very happy. Easy to use and it’s a rare flip phone!

The LG - Exalt VN220 8GB - Silver (Verizon) is a great phone if you don't want/need a smart phone . Its a basic caller with some extra features that are hndy.

BOUGHT FOR MY WIFE. SHE HAS HAD SOME ISSUES LEARNING THE DIFFERENT FEATURES BUT WE ARE WORKING THROUGH THEM. SHE IS NOT VERY TECHNICAL SO THIS SIMPLE PHONE IS GREAT FOR HER.

We bought this for my grandmother to replace a much older model. This works great for her & was easy for her to learn how to use. Thankfully, she can now take phone calls without using speakerphone in public.

When we were shopping to find a phone for our daughter, we were having a hard time finding something that we all would like. We picked this one, because is in the style we had when we first started getting phones. We wanted something that would allow her to make calls and text off of. Plus with this phone she cant get on the internet or play games when she should be paying attention in class.

This is not my phone :) I got it for my husband who tried smartphones and got extremely frustrated after 5-6 months. Then he used a texting phone that was my daughter's old phone until it fell apart. He just wanted to make & receive phone calls - that's it! This phone accomplished that but it is a little higher price than some - not sure why.

Perfect phone for anyone that just wants to make a call & maybe snap a pic every once in awhile. I got this for my 88yo Grandfather it's nice & simple with big buttons just what he wanted.

This phone is fairly simple for people who struggle to learn more complicated tasks. Some of the labels do not clearly designate the tasks that they do. Like the button to answer phone calls coming in, is labeled "Send".

it is easy to use, it has a lot of nice features, The alarm is simple and works well. It has nice ringtones.

I needed a new basic phone for my mother. After some research, I settled on this one. Easy to use for the elderly. No complains from my mother.
