Good quality for the price. Easy to use. My second LG phone. Liked my first one a lot too. If you don’t want anything fancy or costly, then this is the phone for you.

No, its not an iPhone or Samsung, but the Verizon pre-paid LG Zone 4 is a great phone in its own right. It is very intuitive to use especially for the essential parts of a smart phone. Texting, talking, message, data and Bluetooth. It has plenty of space with 16GB minus the operating data. So I installed a 32GB card for more space so I could put on music and Bluetooth connect to a Bluetooth speaker. Calls are crystal clear and the camera is better than what I have been using for years. I am enjoying using this Verizon pre-paid LG Zone 4.

Still getting used to this phone after using a Verizon flip phone for many years. But so far this Cell works nice.

The phone works well seems to get good service in the areas were service is good the reason for the 4 stars is because the on off button is on the back of the phone. Very inconvenient.

I haven't used an LG in years but, I needed a decent budget phone. I am very happy with the LG Zone 4. I have used all of the communication features...calling, text, and Skype. All work great. I have all of the apps that I like exactly where I need them and was able to remove the ones that I don't like/use. I love that it is so easily customizable. I have used many different budget phones in the past. So far, it is my favorite. I would recommend it to anyone needing a great budget phone.

great phone love the camera and the ease of use and a great value

I switched to Verizon Prepaid from Walmart Family Mobile. I bought this phone on the recommendation from my daughter, who has one and loves it. My only complaint is that it will randomly disconnect from the WiFi, in spite of a strong WiFi connection. Admittedly I switched for the service because I can't stand TracFone Service and since they bought Walmart Family Mobile the service was awful.

When I purchased this phone, I based it on the brand name LG which has a good record on the quality of their products. And I was correct. It's performing way above the cheap price that it demands. I'm happy and satisfied so far. If you'll just use it for calling, texting and simple everyday needs, buy this one.

I bought this phone for my son. Its a good starter phone. No problems with the battery getting hot like a Samsung does. No problems with his games (pokemon go). Would def recommend.

There was a bit of trouble activating and setting up the phone as ut was not programmed properly; once it was though, it worked very well. The only thing I found lacking was the fact that it does not allow you to assign specific ring tones to specific contacts. I was always able to do this with my previous (non-smart) prepaid cell phones.

Updates are too constant. very slow start up when power has been turned off. Not pleased with turn on/off power button on the back of cell phone instead of on the side!

good phone that is easy to activate and use for a reasonable price

This is my first smart phone so I got inexpensive one. However everything is more than good. Very easy to handle for old person like me. I downloaded many apps and surprised how convenient it is. it is not too late to have smart phone after you retire with phone like this.

Battery was dying on my Razor phone from Motorola and needed to get an updated phone. Searched internet and this phone caught my eye on the Best Buy website. Have used the phone over a month now and while I'm still learning all of the features that this phone has packed into it the phone has served me well. Thanks to the associate who helped with the setup of the phone, he was very knowledgeable and efficient.

So far this phone has been easy to use but still somewhat confusing since I was using iPhone before. We'll have to see ...

I've had this phone before and am very happy with it, but this time I need to get a case for it. I fall asleep while playing games and drop it, therefore cracking the screen. It's affordable and meets all my needs.

This phone was okay, the sound was decent, ease of use was fine... until 93 days after the date of purchase. Without warning, after charging the phone, it will only load the start up screen, rebooting itself over and over. Soft reset has failed, safe mode doesn't load, and there is no menu to allow you to access data to save any files on the phone. Everything not saved to the SD is now gone, and it is bootlooping - a known hardware failure common in LG phones...that should not be happening just 90 days after purchase. The same issue happened to a prior LG phone, but that one at least took 2 years...this is the last LG phone I will ever purchase.

This phone is excellent. Sound quality is outstanding

Bought this phone for around $65, which is a good price for me because I'm on a budget. Love it to this day.
