Bought this item 2 years ago and it still works amazing never had issues with it ,that I had to buy my mother one for her birthday and she absolutely loves it

Blender works great, it crushes ice easily and more.

This blender, while fast with processing down fruits and soups.. it cannot blend finely, which should be standard, especially considering the lower-end blenders can easily do this. But to top it off, due to the tower design of the blades, it has a tendency to terribly airate smoothies and juices, which is a major thumbs down.

This blender is so effective and easy to use so that it works for every one both at home or restaurant.

I thing this was used and sent back. They have marks all on it like something that have been used Why sell use things if you going to do that make sure is way cheaper and put there it have been used before. Don't sell used things with new prices

Purchased blender online on June 4, 2017. I only used this blender twice a week to make smoothies. Works great for crushing Ice. On July 5th 2017,(31 days including time for delivery) one of the plastic bottom corner piece of the blender jar broke off. This corner piece is screwed into the base of the plastic blender jar with a phillips head screw. It is my perception of a poor design. I wash this blender by hand because i believe the heat from the dishwasher might be too hot for the plastic blender jar and cover, even though the owners manual says it's dishwasher safe. I have taken very special care in cleaning and storing of this product. I called BestBuy trying to resolve this issue but with no clear result. Got the standard "send it back to the manufacturer...Sorry can't help you."

After having the computer for 2 weeks it froze and shut down 3 times in 2 days. I returned it. Other than that I liked its speed and display.

I can't say enough about this blender. It plows through ice and frozen fruit so easily. Mixes and blends to perfection. The three speeds and pulse options are great. Very easy to clean. Some may say it's loud but aren't all blenders? Also be careful as the blades are very very sharp. No complaints, Ninjas are worth every penny!

Ok - so my husband and I are obsessed with the healthiness of smoothies, so we make them five days a week, sometimes six. This means we get a lot of use out of our blender. My previous blender, an Oster was just not cutting it. I needed something that was 'stronger' and faster. I had tried a couple other models before landing on this one. I guess third time was truly a charm. This blender is all it's cracked up to be. It's powerful, its fast and those blades (keep out of reach of children) those things are sharp...I learned that the hard way! So caution on those blades they are no joke! Best blender I've ever had and it is fast and very powerful. I feel like there is nothing that I couldn't put into this thing and not be happy with the results!! Highly recommend.

Best blender ever owned. Excellent power. Ice cubes in seconds. Jar is plastic; originally disappointed that it was not glass, but eventually appreciated it's light weight, and prefer that. Beware, the blades are extremely sharp. Recommend never touching them. They are removable, making it easier to clean jar's inside.

This is an incredible machine. My wife and I have recently gotten into smoothies and so far, for us, it has done everything we asked. The power and speed are tremendous and it is incredibly easy to clean (which may be more important than anything else depending on your point of view).

This is so easy to use. Does a great job totally exceeded my expectations. Fast and powerful be careful of blades they are extremely sharp.

This has got to be the best, most convenient blender I have ever owned. Cleanup is a breeze since the blades come right out and you can wash the blender without having to worry about getting cut. We make power drinks daily and they come out terrific. It is a great blender at a terrific price.

I had originally had a Kitchenaid mixer that had seen better days after I used it until it was on its last leg. I was extremely happy with my Kitchenaid and dreaded replacing it; but luckily I had geek squad protection and was approved for an exchange due to Norma wear and tear of my kitchenaid. He new one I wanted was unavailable in store, so I had to special order it. I was starting a juicing diet to loose some unwanted weight and didn't want it to throw off my diet schedule so while I waited patiently for my new kitchenaid diamond edition mixer, I purchased this gem thinking I'd just return this one when my new kitchenaid arrived. I was so wrong! I fell in love with this mixer!!! It was safer to use with a locking lid, easy to keep clean, would stay on the counter safely mixing without me holding the mixer, and it even chopped ice without a hitch! I couldn't believe I was about to cancel my other order for my kitchenaid that happened to be more expensive, that matched my other kitchen appliances, and that had never let me down in the past for this ninja. I am extremely happy with this! Great for making cocktails, chopping ice, making juices and smoothies, and would highly recommend it for anyone! I would also recommend geek squad protection of course, because I know how much best buy backs their products with the plan even more so than the manufacturer offers. Hope this review helps!

Got this sep 2018 and stop working in Dec 2019. I don’t recommend this product.

Picked at store, was easy as can be. Assembly is simple, the Ninja crushes ice and blends in about 1/3 the time it took with our Oster. Texture was super smooth. This is a great product !
