lightweight and easy to use. battery install and hookup is very easy. small and fits anywhere.

The phones are a great value and are comparable to the more expensive brands. My only concern was that the instructions included with the handsets were not for this model. Ultimately, I had to go to the internet. Seems like this would be an easy fix.

Good quality, ease of use, fair price. Unfortunately it doesn’t announce name and number of who is calling.

Purchased the expansion phone.To connect to Vtech C55119-2. Was easy to set up and connect.Now I have 3 phones. With only 1 Telephone line. Had the Original phones for a few years. Reception is clear.

We added this expansion handset to our VTech telephone system. It has very good reception and has an excellent battery charge. I highly recommend VTech products.

I'm lucky that I have another phone made by this company. I missed that it needs to pair with an existing phone. It has no way to connect directly to the landline. Since we have another phone that is connected to the landline we were able to pair with it. The phone works well and not needing to attach the phone line means we can place it anywhere that is within reach of an electrical outlet. Like the easy to read screen, caller ID and the option to use the speaker phone function.

Gave 3 stars only because I have the VTech portable phone set, but needed one more handset and the one I got didn't work with the base unit I have; but, I very much like the rest of the VTech portable phone set I have and have been using for quite a while. I've since returned this product & ordered a different one - one which should work with what I had because I had the model number with me at the store and they were very helpful and I'm very hopeful this next one will work when I get it & register it with the base I have. If you get one of these, be sure you have the model number to match.

Works seamlessly with home base. Only snafu is how to connect with the base of my model. I called CS and they helped me in 10 minutes. Directions enclosed did not include how to do it with my model.

I needed an expansion phone for my landline. This phone fit the bill. It was reasonably priced and easy to install. I woul highly recommend.

This was an additional phone for the system that I already had. I arrived on time, was easy to pair with the base unit, and works great.

VTech - CS6909 DECT 6.0 Cordless Expansion Handset for Expandable Phone System. I purchased this Handset to expansion my phone system. The set was easy and the phone works great.

The instructions to connect with the main vTech phone were difficult to follow. There was a step missing. Between the main phone instructions and the expansion handset instructions we were able to figure it out via trial and error.

I purchased to add an additional remote phone to a system I purchased at the same time. The system's phone and the remote phone like this one did work, but its answering machine did not work, so when I retuned the system, this went back too.

Is an excellent product and the price is worthy, the only thing is that you have to buy the base to connect this one.

I love this expansion handset. It was very easy to set up. It's convenient to have a handset in three different rooms.
