A: Absolutely. In combination with hooking up to and external display, you can even set Android to desktop mode, but I'm not sure if that's practical yet. Results with different devices may vary, but all I have to do with my OnePlus 7T Pro is plug it in, and the screen mirrors on the external display.

A: I'm using it to connect a Note 20 Ultra 5G to a Insignia 'dumb' TV so yeah, pretty sure that either of those will work!!!
