Why doesnt the push come in a plastic bag! Is it genuine or secondhand? My sis and i have been collecting these hello kitties and it Always came i its plastic bag from other sellers.

The product was great! My only issue was the shipping. They said it was coming two Fridays before Christmas, then they said it was coming on the 29th. Thankfully it got delivered the week before Christmas. The customer service support was a little tricky but they were very helpful! My girlfriend really liked it so I was glad I made the purchase.
