For Fujifilm and other mirrorless cameras with both electronic and mechanical shutters, Z120 SE works only in mechanical shutter mode. Electronic shutter mode cannot trigger this manual flash. If the flash does not fire, switch the camera to mechanical shutter mode, enable external flash, change flash setting from OFF to M manual mode, refocus, and set the flash back to manual mode
