I bought two chairs from this company. One of them was a more premium model with a headrest and this one was slightly cheaper with similar features. Both were packaged nicely with all the parts and this one took less than 15 minutes to assemble. Overall the build quality is solid on this chair. The cushion is on the medium firm side which I assume will soften over time and already comfortable. The arm rests can fold on which is nice for stowing under a desk that’s lower than the chair without having to mess with the height. This feels like a comfortable and sturdy desk chair and the price makes it a great value.
