Plugged it in, filled the tank and ran the clean process as recommended before initial use... It Didn't finish the cycle before it flooded our countertops with water due to the bottom of the tank being broken at the valve. I have returned the machine for replacement and will update review if I am able to use/test the product.

Makes good coffee, but you can only buy pods online. Thats only negative I have about this machine.
