This time i actually read the reviews on this product and got it i have had it for a few months. It might be small but it is mighty. I barely hear it running. So if you don't have much counter space this is the ice maker for you.

Small ice chips drops out at a reasonable time! Large ice takes a little bit to long.lce gets stuck to the side which stops it from fulling up ! You must unstick the ice for the ice maker to continue making ice at times other than that l have been enjoying my ice maker!

[Employee of bestbuy] The ice maker works really well and makes ice quickly as most other models, however as other owners have noted, the machine dorsnt last long . I owned mine for a little over a year and the pump and water sensor just went out on it. Will look for a different brand with better lifespan for my next unit.

This is a sturdy machine that produces ice quickly. New air makes a solid product. In the past I ahve owned the new air 40 lbs model that lasted many years before my kids decided to fill it with yogurt to make popsicles. (not advised. :)) I wish the tray was a bit bigger as it seems to only hold about 1 lb of ice before it is "full". I recommend this product for small families or light use. If you need more than 1lb of ice at a time go for the 40 lb producing machine... still NewAir is a brand I will recommend all the way.

This ice maker performs well. You can hardly tell that it is running other than when the ice drops to the bin. This product is ideal to place on a countertop due to it's compact size. I recommend this to any smaller family I would imagine 4 or less. I do keep a bin to store ice overnight for coolers ect.

This little guy works HARD! It is FAST and effective, but the reservoirs for ice and water for making the ice are both both so small that for our family of 4 we are CONSTANTLY filling it up. I got tired of my refrigerator ice maker breaking and decided to get a counter-top model, but I wish I had invested in something larger. Other than its size, it is very effective and makes ice in about 13 minutes!

This little ice maker does the trick! Replaced our in-fridge ice maker that broke down (again) and this one is perfect (and 1/3 of the price). It also doesn’t take up much space on my counters. Runs quietly, ice can be small or large.

Works fast and well but i wish it kept the cubes frozen agter there made. At least as they melt the water just drops back into the tank so it cycles more so it does stay full throughout the day

Decent ice maker for the price. Lacks some of the features of larger machines. But the size is good. Doesn’t make a huge amount of ice due to the water tank size.

I like that it continually uses the water to make new ice when the cubes melt. The cubes are pretty small but my kids seem to like this machine. It makes ice fairly quickly. I like that. I would buy it again

This replaces the icemaker in my 22 year old refrigerator, hi love ice in my water even in the winter and this is keeping up with what I need, I was not even aware there was such a thing as a countertop icemaker.
