After a year, ice full is blinking but there is no ice? The shovel moves but not picking up the water. Power and water supply are fine.

I was given my ice maker but no instructions. I have had this unit for about 2 months now and I completely cleaned it out although this is not the first time I have cleaned it. But I filled it with water like usual but it now is not producing any ice?
