A: No, this Doorbell must be hard wired to your home's pre-existing wiring (as noted under "Specifications").
A: The Doorbell does not pair to the Smart Device. The same account can be viewed on multiple Smart Devices (for example, husband and wife can both log in to view their cameras at the same time using different devices).

Q: If you wired into the door of your apartment can it be hacked into easily?
A: It is connected to your wifi, so if you have that password protected, it shouldn't be easily hacked. And if someone did, there's not a lot they can really do with the camera. I'd be more concerned about access to your computer and devices.
