Can this be used with D7100?

Can this be used with the Nikon D5?
Answered by NikonStaffNo. In order to use the two SB-200's that come in R1 Wireless Close-Up Speedlight System kit with the Nikon D5 you would need the SU-800 commander, which is not included in the R1 kit, but is included in the R1C1 Wireless Close-Up Speedlight System kit.
Can this product be used on regular pictures, such us weddings, birthdays, or daily pictures?
Answered by NikonStaffR1 Wireless Close-Up Speedlight External Flash System, with its dual SB-R200 remote speed lights that attach to the mounting ring that supports 52mm, 62mm, 67mm,72mm and 77mm lens diameters, is best suited for close-up type photography. That is not to say is cannot be used for taking closer portraits at weddings and birthdays!
Could I use this system with a Nikon d90 and an 85mm macro lens? Do I also have to remove the flash for portraits?

If you don't want to use flash there are settings to turn it off without removing the flash itself. If you need troubleshooting information please contact Nikon Support.
