Paint from the handle and air fryer started peeling of once you touch, don’t know why. Generally, it’s working fine, It’s just making the product look abit awkward. Also the Mixer paddle (flat paddle) is chipping, I am worried it may start to chip into my dough eventually. What’s the best I can do?

That box arrived looking like someone kicked it down 4 flights of stairs. Opened the box and the unit looked OK, did a test run with some Pillsbury apple croissants. One side cooked beautiful golden brown, the other side was still doughy. Tried again same result. Contacted ninja directly and coordinated and exchange, we will see how the second one does. Hopefully it will be shipped with more care than the original one from best buy

I have really loved my ninja air fryer but today for no reason my top corner melted. There wasn’t anything on the air fryer. Anything wasn’t a high temperature only had it on for 15

The design and concept are great, the food cooked very nice, unfortunately after a month of frequent use it still had a plastic smell that changed the taste of the food, I tried all recommendations published in the Internet and even called their tech support but nothing worked so I returned it.

Good tv and product used for all the time definitely worth the money

No papa this is a Christmas present for my mom. I bought it because her air fryer stinks and I have had this for about a year and I love it. Well, just a couple weeks ago, so when my air fryer is about one year and three months old, it starts not heating things up the same. So I’ll cook things I always cook and it’s still cold when it normally wouldn’t be. So I am a little bit disappointed with the lifespan of the item. Otherwise it’s a great air fryer.

Pros: Dual Baskets Easy to use Lots of options Easy to clean Cons: No preheat options (Manual says just let it sit for 3 minutes but would be nice to have a dedicated setting) If you pull the basket out while running to shake or flip, the timer will not pause nor will it turn off the heating as it pointless to keep doing when the basket is not in it which waste energy. The timer alarm is quiet. Sometimes I am in a different room and it would end without me hearing as it is a one time alarm that is not loud enough unless you are in the same room

We purchased this air fryer based on the dual basket cooking capabilities. Unfortunately it cannot cook both sides at the same speed, e.g. we try to cook fries in both baskets and it takes 12 minutes to cook compared to about 7 minutes when only one basket is running. System is under powered for this claims.

Best air fryer I've ever had it cooks very well and leaves so stains I'd definitely recommend it to anyone its a great appliance

It cooks very well but there’s this plastic smell to it and i can actually taste that on the food other than it’s great

Its nice it has two different bins but the bins are fairly small.

It works, but the "chrome" finish on the handles washed off in our new Kitchenaid dishwasher! So now we have white handles. Ninja sent a replacement after asking us to cut the power cable off, fingers crossed the new one retains its appearance.

It works ok. Not the whiz-bang machine I had hoped. Main drawback to me was lack of material explaining how to use the various features. Ok for French fries. But lot more buttons recipes with package and other cookbooks only start with fry..

I ordered this for home delivery. While not Best Buy’s fault, the box was in horrible shape so I know the item had a rough journey to my house. That said, I opened the box, unpacked the fryer and there was no apparent damage. I pulled out one of the fryer drawers and noticed the anti stick finish was chipped off on one of the edges. The drawer capacity also looked small. This is rated as an 8 quart so I was expecting each side to hold 4 quarts. I have an Insignia 3.4 quart air fryer that by appearance looked to have a larger capacity. To verify whether this was an optical illusion or valid I put water in my Insignia up to the max capacity line. I poured this water into the Ninja drawer and it filled it to within 1/8 inch of the top edge. This would be over filled. The Ninja looks very nice and has some nice features but given the lesser capacity (per drawer) and the drawer finish being chipped, I will be returning it.

Love the two separate buckets and the many different cooking options. Only complaint? Has a strange plastic odor when it gets hot. This would be a 5 ⭐ product if it wasn't for the strange burning plastic odor

Features I like the least is that it is too small inside the baskets, I like best is that it stays pretty clean even after cooking some products.

Its a bit too small for a family of 3. I like the single tray with divider better.

Works as expected. Love the dual zone and match finish. However the plastic build is poor and the metal grate gets stuck which may scratch the bin/drawer.

I giving three start because the sapce wasn't big enough for me ot my lifestyle. The product worked very good, it was just the space wasn't enough for me.

Food tasted good. A little annoying having to pull the baskets out and have to shake the food to get cooked evenly.
