BROKEN HANDLE
ONE OF THE HANDLES was completely broken off on both sides. I don't know if this was in shipping, or before. With the refurbished product at the much lower price, it didn't work out! THE GRILL WAS HUGE, it looks like a small table top size in the photos-but was ACTUALLY very big and heavy, but the handles were unfortunately plastic and were'nt strong plastic-obviously broken somewhere down the line.

The ninja is a Ninja.
The ninja woodfire grill is simply perfect for the job at hand. I can now smoke brisket with ease or even grill. My steaks and even better use it as a skillet. This thing does everything i'm telling you. What a great deal too. I said it to medium for a steak, and it heated up just right. The steak was smoking immediately after i lowered it into the ninja grill. Beautiful.

Smoker on the go!!
I needed to replace my smoker that burned in the Palisades' Fire. Where I live now, in an apartment, my space is limited. I love to bar b que, so I took a chance on the Ninja 'Woodfire' Smoker for my patio deck. This is one of the best investments I've ever made ... small, portable, flavorful, and the perfect size .... I can't smoke a whole turkey, but I can make a smoked turkey breast that will send you home smiling from ear to ear. No doubt ... I was totally amazed with this grill's performance, hands down!!
