After 17 years of failing to secure a booking at the Rivoli, Toronto musicians Matt Johnson and Jay McCarrol (playing fictionalized versions of themselves) come up with their latest feeble promotional stunt... tricking out their van to appear like a time machine. A spilled bottle of Orbitz in the works, however, actually sends them back to 2008-and an encounter with their younger selves that could undo their reality, at the least, in this engaging feature farce from the cult-favorite Canadian comedy duo. 100 min.
