Product is activated from date of purchase. Not able to use the software for my device. Do not purchase unless you plan to install ASAP. Best buy was unable to offer refund or credit.

Major issue with picking up the product at the Montebello CA Bast Buy Location. Tampered product (broken seal) was given to customer. Had to cancel existing order and reorder the digital version. Wasted over 3 hours addressing the tampered product issue with final order cancellation as the only viable solution.

I do not like the way I was trick to pay for this product. I paid in the store , and I paid online too with the same credit card. I don't think that my computer is protected because of the different code and keys number that I was getting. After three months, I've uninstalled it. The app is designed like an advertisement, giving you notifications multiple times a day nagging you to buy more services. I could not find a way to turn it off, there was no option in settings. The things that I paid for were buried in the interface beneath all the reminders of the services I didn't have. I had to click so many things just to start a scan. Even the uninstaller was a terrible experience, with the interface not fitting in the window so I had to uninstall via an official "remove and reinstall" app from Norton's website.
