I purchased this for the bar in my basement. I was excited to use it during football games or family game night. When I unboxed it the maker had physical damage from shipping. Returned it to Best Buy and exchanged it for another one. Once the new one arrived it worked for 1 batch of popcorn. The 1st batch took about 15 minutes before it finally popped. Went to make a second batch of popcorn and the kettle wasn't even warm to the touch any more. Turned it off for a few minutes and turned it back on and it still wasn't getting warm. Returned the product and exchanged it for a different brand maker.

Unfortunately, the item came broken and they could not replace it. It was very frustrating!
