The H7 Elite combines luminous style with a large form factor, making it a elegant way to accommodate premium components. With improved airflow and a streamlined build experience, the H7 Elite is perfect for an RGB build.
Thermal Efficient: We've opened up the top panel to achieve even better thermal efficiency. The perforated panel provides improved ventilation as warm air flows through the top of the chassis, enabling even cooler temperatures. The top and front of the case support radiators up to 360mm.
Building Simplified: Streamline the build process with an improved cable management system. Wider cable channels provide more room to easily route cables, while the addition of hooks add stability to hold everything in place.
A Modern Look: The H7 combines the modern look of the H series with new color options that fit in seamlessly with any aesthetic. Each color is paired with glass tinting that complements the respective chassis.
Better With CAM: The built-in RGB & Fan Controller allows users to personalize RGB lighting and control fans with NZXT CAM. Mix and match any NZXT RGB lighting accessories and sync them across multiple channels.

Performance or Beauty
In general, this is a very good case.
Advantage:
This case comes with three ARGB fans and an RGB controller. I can control the color and speed of RGB fans through NZXT cam. There is a 140mm fan at the tail of the. This case has two very good-looking blackened tempered glass. The light in the case can be observed, and the glass can be removed without screws. In addition, it is also designed to prevent the glass from falling when it is removed. There is a dust screen on the top of the chassis and a dust screen for the power supply at the bottom. Because of the excellent design of NZXT, this case is very easy and concise in the cable management, so I didn't use any strip on the back of the case. This case provides an excellent USB interface.
Shortcoming:
This case lacks excellent air intake. My i9-12900k has 39 ° C when it is not working and 50 ° C when it is running. The 1400mm fan at the rear of the chassis is not an RGB fan, but a 3-pin fan. I think it would be better if it was an RGB fan, because it is a case with a price of $199.99
Summary:
If you care more about the appearance of case and RGB display, I will recommend this case. If you care about temperature and performance, I would recommend NZXT flow or other cases with better heat dissipation
This was my very first build i have ever done and I do believe I could not have picked a easier case to build in.
Built in velcro straps for cable management along with plenty of places to attach cable ties if necessary. It is a large case and has plenty of space but my only complaint is that airfow seems to be a little restrictive. I have the three fans on the front pulling air in, the radiator mounted to the top of the case exhausting air out, and the single fan on the back that normally blows air out i flipped around to pull air in. Drastic change in hot air out of the Radiatior once I flipped the rear fan. If I had to do it all over again i believe I would go with the H7 Flow case instead of the H7 Elite just for the airflow aspects.
All in all it is a very wel built case and even with all 7 fans running at 100% speed there are no rattles and the noise level is still tolerable. Switch the cooling profile in CAM over to silent mode and the ony way I can tell the fans are running is i can see them spinning through the glass front and sides.
I’ve had this case for nearly 2 years and it’s held up really well. The glass panels make for a really gorgeous build. I’ve had no issues with overheating, airflow seems okay. You probably give up some airflow for aesthetics but for me it’s worth it and it hasn’t been an issue. I don’t really do overclocking though. It fits my RTX 3080 with plenty of room.
