A: I have a 240mm water cooler with 3 fans. After the water cooler I don't think you will need or be able to fit anymore fans

A: It comes with 3 140mm rgb fan for intake and one normal 120mm exhaust fan

A: I just build a new pc in this case and I have a 3070 and it fits perfectly. I'm sure the 4090 would it as well
