A: No, it does not. That is the Z53, not X53.

Q: Are the fans RGB aswell? I see the photo has them lit up but the one a refunded from amazon came win non rgb fans eventhough it had them lit up

A: Yes, they are rgb.

Q: Will this fit well for any cyberpowerpc?

A: Probably not any but if you a 240 AIO cooler in the pc already it should but I would double check the dimensions. If not then I'm not sure what cases they use (possibly custom private brand). I would check their website or contact their customer service. If the same case is available see if you can build it on their site with the AIO cooler, that would tell you if it will fit also.
