What is the diameter of the legs?

Something is wrong with one of the holes for attaching an arm. We managed to get 3 of the bolts in the arm but not one of the bolts will go in the last one for the right side. Help.
Answered by garydeanbolt holes or screws poorly made to thread straight for the arms. I used a larger allen wrench and just cross threaded them with elbow greese until I got them all the way in. To bad they didn't use same holes and bolts they used for the seat. They were great.
Are the armrest that attach to the chair metal or plastic?
