Only People - DVD

Two 20-something friends with long-held feelings for each other decide to set aside their relationships for a weekend to explore what might have been. James has commitment issues and a string of girlfriends, while Chelsea is a committed wife and mother. Their histories and perspectives intertwine and clash over an intense 48 hours together. As they laugh, fight, make love, they come to terms with their desires and loyalties. This charming and off-kilter two-hander takes an honest and concentrated look at the fluid boundaries among friendship, lust, and love. Like one solution to a choose-your-adventure novel, it reminds us all of the lost stories our other lives may have told.
