Love this product! Easy to setup. Voice quality is great. I have just decimated my monthly phone bill. This product pays for itself in a very short period of time. The built in voice mail feature and ability to access voicemails from their smart phone app is great. It even lets you know if someone calls your home phone if you so desire. The blacklist features make it easy to block most telemarketers, too. A big improvement over Xfinity voice services.

I bought Ooma to replace my Cable company's VOIP phone, as their bundle (Phone, Internet & TV) was just too much to pay. The price was very reasonable for the device, and set up was easy. It took about a week and a few days to "Port" over my existing phone number, and Ooma gives you a temporary number you can use/share with friends and family in the interm. I selected the Ooma Premier plan (about $120 a year), over the basic plan where you just pay taxes for your areas phone use (in my case a little over $6, which i need to pay regardless of what plan I selected). I needed to keep internet service with my cable provider, but my monthly cost were vastly reduced with call quality being the same as their VOIP phone system. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

My previous telephone service for the past 5+ years was with Vonage. Although I had no complaints with their service, I was looking for a more cost effective solution. After careful consideration, I chose Ooma and purchased the Ooma Telo device. Voice quality has been fantastic, their calling features surpass those of Vonage and setup/activation was extremely easy. I should have switched a long time ago!

Easy to set up, quality of the calls are crisp and clear. I received a perk from Best Buy when I purchased this device which was $50 worth of international calling card. I would buy this device from Best Buy which offers competitive pricing. Good bye to traditional expensive landline connections and hello to voice over internet providers like Ooma which only charges taxes to its customer on the basic plan. This is a wonderful cost saving connection.

The Oooma Telo VoIP phone service was easy to set up and use. Good sound quality, easy to use voice mail service, and straight forward website that makes it easy to set up your account and revise settings. I am paying $3.84 each month for unlimited phone service in the U.S. I have not made any international calls yet, but the cost per minute are discounted prices.

Easy to setup. Easy to use. Powerful and versatile use cases and features. Can also have forwarding to mobile number. Helps save money and call quality is great. I will never go back to AT&T.

Was paying $18/mo with Vonage, now paying ~$4.10/mo with Ooma. Sound quality is great (identical to Vonage), crystal clear calls, set-up was very simple and straight forward, Ooma customer service was great to work with. Only negative is that Ooma charged $40 to port-over our old phone number. But my wife insisted that we keep our old phone number. Phone number port-over only took ~10 days. Totally recommend Ooma!

I paired this with Starlink, ported my old landline number, and have been greatly pleased! The sound quality is flawless and there is no delay whatsoever.

Okay - I was very, very skeptical that this would work. What I got, though, was a new phone system for my house for $5 per month that I was able to set up in 8 minutes. Eight minutes! It really did all the work for me after a brief set-up on their website to start the process. So easy, so fast, and works perfectly.

Just got it, but it works fine. Setup was relatively simple and call quality sounds good. Nice option for less than $6 a month after the initial purchase

Works as described. I paid for Premier service ($10 a month), but looks like monthly will be $6 +/- for taxes and fees. Best Buy price was less than buying direct from Ooma, but there was an issue in setting it up. Had to call Support (great response, by the way) and email them proof of purchase. Less than 12 hours to get it cleared up and online. Ported my AT&T number. Only took 4 days and $40 charge was included with my annual Premium fee. Was converting from AT&T U-verse phone and just plugged it in to my network switch and to my wall outlet and all my wireless phones worked perfectly. A few settings needed adjustment online to get the voicemail set up and the ringer set. Ooma’s call filtering is fantastic with options on how to block different types of calls. So much better than AT&T! Getting no more spam calls. Premier provides a second line and still getting spam calls there, but that number defaults to voicemail so doesn’t ring, so not a big deal. Will probably change the setting to answer “number is not in service” which should shut those calls down. Overall very pleased with this purchase.

The unit price was reasonable. The setup was fairly simple. On line communications with the company was excellent. They answered all of my concerns. They followed up with several emails documenting what was going on. The port transfer was easy to understand and two days later they notified me that my original phone number would transfer. They would test it and email me that it was working correctly work. Make sure you have a spare phone to hook up to the OOOMA which has your new temporary phone number. Do not disconnect your current phone as you will need it to answer calls from your old till the transfer is completed.

Replaced ooma unit wih anoter on e because my ooma died. I had the unit for ( years. In this new world of technology units are manufacured to die in x amount of years. THe problem I had with the new unit was trying to read blank printing on A BLACK VCASE. OTHERWISE, everything went well.

The perfect “land line” replacement. Works well, can be set up to only accept calls from the people (family) you want to speak with. MUCH less than the traditional landline. Operates with your current handsets and easy tos setup. Try it if you still need the equivalent of a landline for those people who don’t like to call You on your cell!

I'm very impressed with the voice quality and features on this little VoIP device. Easy to connect and turn up with new phone number or (for a charge) a port of your current number. I almost never use the home phone but my wife does, so it's a desirable item to have. BTW, Verizon was more than happy to drop support for their FIOS phone service and gave me an upgraded ONT, 1Gb internet and a bunch of other stuff for no cost. Even the phone company no longer wants to support POTS (plain old telephone service.)

We've used OOMA for VOIP phone service for several years and have been very satisfied with reliability and quality of voice when using. Our original unit failed after several years of use, so we replaced it with a new unit and OOMA switched our # over to the new unit within a few minutes of contacting them.

Worked as advertised right out of the box. Due to some porting issues with my old carrier, I found out they have great Customer Service people, too! I I have used their Ooma HD app for iPhone, it allows use of home phone while on vacation/travel, so folks don't know we're away, and it notifies us of messages & call history, which we can retrieve right on our phones, tablets, or laptops. Clear connections, too!
