Purchased this heater for my office, was able to use it for 1.5 days before it completely quit. The orange light will come on showing it’s getting power, but it will not produce any heat. Also attempted to use only the fan mode and that would not work either. I am returning this product and will buy a different brand. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Not worth your money didnt last 3 months and quit and now its non returnable.

Not in the same quality as described. It’s not heating the area at all.

The initial use of the product was impressive. The features were many. The heat was impressive. Loved the oscillating fan. One day, we switched the device on and the light showed the device had power, however the fan failed to turn and the heating element failed to react. The worst thing of all is the Best Buy policy of no defective returns after 15 days. Recommendation: If you venture to purchase this item, make sure to get the extended warranty.
