A: I am 6’3” and it works the base of my neck and does my shoulders pretty well. If I need higher up I simply slide down a bit in the chair. A lot will depended on torso size, length, etc. I have had this chair for over a year and I love it!

Excellent massage chair at a reasonable price!
My mother and I were able to lift these piece by piece into the house and put it together in about a hour. It came in two packages. Mom has been exposed to the massage chair through a family member who had purchased a high end chair for $7k. So, this was going to be a tough comparison. Mom was impressed, she said that the strength was equivalent to that one and we are happy with the chair. Only feedback I have is the delivery service automated phone call. When I received the call to schedule the delivery it only said this is in reference to your online delivery but nothing like a tracking number or even in reference to your Best Buy order. And there wasn’t a return phone number so I had to search the company info online. When I spoke to a representative at CEVA, she cleared it up for me and found me in the system. The chair arrived almost a week before the estimated date which was perfect for us because I was on vacation and could help my mom put it together. The delivery guys from CEVA were great! We used this video that helped us tremendously https://youtu.be/Ku_G6_YAPAk. It was not complicated just had to make sure to get the angles in correctly. If you have the patience, and one extra set of hands, save yourself the fee and do it yourself!

Good for back massage but not much else
When I started looking for massage chairs, I found that there weren't many good reviews or much detail on their functions. I picked the Osaki because it looked well built and have a 3 year warranty. The Pros: It looks even better than its' pictures, it looks sleeker and more like a nice piece of furniture than I thought. If you are looking for a chair to massage your back, this one is great. However, the rest of this chair does little. It will do some things on the feet but you can barely feel it. In fact, the rest of the chair is basically about squeezing your calves and hands and even that seems too light. If you are looking for something to massage your legs or your hamstrings, this will not be the chair for you. I also disappointed that my head was rarely properly supported and the neck and upper shoulders where most of my tension is, massage functions were not that great either. However, this chair is very comfortable and, in the zero gravity position, you will be tempted to take a nap while it massages your back. Also, this comes unassembled in 2 parts, so you need someone who is handy to help you uncrate the boxes, to carry the heavy chair indoors and to help you connect the bottom part of the chair to the main section.
