These InchliveInch recordings emanate from the Newport Jazz Festivals held at Freebody Park, Rhode Island on the 17th of July 1954, the 7th of July 1957 and the 8th of July 1962. The trio features the usual line up Oscar Peterson (piano) Herb Ellis (Guitar) and Ray Brown (bass), however on tracks ten through fourteen the trio are augmented by their friends Roy Eldridge (trumpet), Sonny Stitt (alto and tenor saxophone) and Jo Jones (drums).
