Very happy with this purchase. It arrived promptly, is comfortable and was pretty easy to put together.

It's a good value but I don't like the hole in the back with the hard plastic surrounding it -- that part is very uncomfortable for me. Otherwise the seat is well-cushioned and I can sit in it for long periods without any other issues. I like that the armrests can flip up and out of the way which is a feature that I find myself using more than I thought I would.

I believe this was the most difficult assembly I've ever encountered. It was near impossible to get the screws to begin to thread into the holes. Took at least a half hour of frustration, but I did it. The reason I bought this is because it does not have a bucket seat design like the AKRacing brand, that's what it's replacing. Now that I've powered through the assembly, I'm very happy and comfortable, so that's why the three stars instead of one. My AKRacing chair was fairly easy to assemble compared to this. If you are fine with a bucket seat, that brand is superior. If you are looking for a non-bucket seat, then I do suggest looking at a different brand than this because of the difficult assembly.

Worse instructions ever. Had the hardest time putting this thing together. Also, the back piece had to be reclining so we can screw it on.

Awesome chair! It’s hard to find a gamer chair without the brand name plastered across the top. This one is very solid and comfy. Definitely required two people to put together. You have to line the back of the chair perfectly with the screw holes of the arms to get it to go together. But great outcome.

I’m disabled and have a really big problem with my lower back. This chair is great for support and comfort. I don’t have to worry about being in pain after working hours. I will say my only issue was it was a little more complicated to put to together. That is its only con.

Decent nice chair for the price. Some parts had bent inside (direction of the pipes that take screws wasn't straight), and I had some hard time to assemble.

This chair is nice and comfortable to sit in. Had some trouble attaching the arms to the seat and back cushions. Overall is a good chair but wouldn't pay for price for it.

Great price, sturdy design, kinda hard to put together with only one person. Could use some additional padding on the seat, but overall a great chair for the price!

Good chair with support for a bigger guy such as myself. The set up was a little difficult for just being myself but was still doable. Would recommend this chair for working and gaming.

Well made chair and comfortable. As with another reviewer attaching the final screw was a challenge. Other than that it is good choice.

I bought this chair in April 2024, and now, in November, it makes an awful creaking noise whenever I lean back or forward. I had to replace the wheels because they kept getting stuck in the carpet. Despite having tightened all the screws, the chair feels like it's going to break at any moment. Overall, I'm very disappointed with this purchase.
