Customer Ratings & Reviews

Good case not big and bulky so fits in pockets well but also not flimsy and brittle. It is well priced and affordable.

Nice and thick but not too thick. Found a better color so will return item but still worth the price considering how well it should keep an expensive iPhone 14 pro max safe (I say should since haven’t dropped it with case on). Photo provided is of other color found.

3 weeks into this purchase and I’m still a huge OtterBox Commuter FAN. HIGHLIGHTS include the raised hard plastic outline surrounding the camera lenses cluster, smooth sliding hard plastic shell, just enough silicon to give you a solid grip, but not get the phone sticking to your pocket. NEGATIVES number just one; the rubber flap that seals off the recharging port. Too much of a pain so I snipped it off. After all, dust can enter the speaker ports since they have no cover either. I affixed a Pop Socket and a metal magnetic strip for a car mount to the back and they have adhered perfectly! OVERALL - great purchase that I’m sure will last the life of my 14 PRO MAX.

Always get Otterbox and this is my favorite by far

So far so good. Dropped my phone a few times and haven’t seen any damage to the phone nor case. It supports wireless charging but I didn’t realize it wasn’t MagSafe so I won’t dock a star for my mistake.

Otter Box is just the best….strong and protective. I will not buy any other brand.

Breaks in the same place every time. After the 3rd one it’s time to move on

The phone case is excellent, I was able to purchase online and pick it up the very next day before I went and bought my new phone. It's not at all bulky and fits comfortably in your hand with grips on the lower half of the phone. I specifically bought his for the duo shell design with the internal soft case for shock absorption and the outer hard case to protect from bumps and scrapes. I would recommend this phone to anyone with a 14 pro max!

Fantastic case! Sleek looking, comfortable grip, and thick protection from drops. I give this case a 10/10 and im pretty picky about cases.

Literally the best case I've ever had. Love the soft rubber inside accompanied by the smooth outer hard shell. Perfect for someone as clumsy as I am. Never worried when I drop my phone. I know otterbox will keep it safe. There's no other company worth spending money with once you experience otterbox.

I love this OtterBox product. It feels great in my hand, not too big, and I feel like my phone is well protected.

Perfect fit! Otterbox is the best! I have always loved Otterbox since dropping a phone from the top of my SUV onto a major highway. A biker found it and called me the next day. I was surprised to see there was not one scratch or dent on it even after being amidst thousands of vehicles on a major Texas highway!

Bought from BestBuy and gifted to my brother, he is loving the case! Protection is phenomenal and feels very natural in the hand.

This case is light yet strong. Not bulky for such a big phone. Second one I’ve bought, first one was for a different phone, I liked it so much I had to get one for my new phone.

This is hands down the best case if you want something that provides the best protection for your phone without making it feel like you have a toaster in your pocket

Great protection, great durability, and overall a god buy while also being significantly less bulky then it looks.

This has been a solid case for me. I do however have a slight complaint about how loose the rubber is on the screen side of the phone. The rubber sits very loose and causes the phone to want to come out of the case when putting the phone in your pocket or pulling it out of your pocket. Other than that I have dropped my phone while riding my motorcycle and the case got some slight rash and it did its job and protected my phone 100%. The phone did not sustain any damage.

Very goo don protecting on falls. It also is a tight fit with no fingerprints on the case

Solid case with good protection, decent grip, easy to press buttons. After 1 year of normal use, the charger port cover has ripped off from opening and closing

This has been amazing hard enough and was gift definitely was liked is for a military gift only have to switch for the one of the ring for the portable battery
