    Good case but not great…and data proves it

    I returned this case because it’s bulky, wide, and didn’t get great protection ratings when compared to 40 other iPhone cases on the market for the iPhone 17. I’ve owned several Otterbox Defenders over the years but wanted to get the best proven and statistically protective case I could. I feel that Otterbox has notoriety, but lacks the data to outshine competitors. After doing hours of research, to include watching MobileReviewsEh on YouTube, I found the Caudabe Sheeth offered far more protection (data proven), was sleeker, and fit better in my hand. I returned the Otterbox and kept the Caudabe. To its credit, the case is grippy on the sides. However, that’s where my praise ends. Don’t get me wrong—it’s not a bad case, just not the best case for the money. On that note, it retails for $79. I found it on sale in a BestBuy store for $55. Three days later, I found it online at BestBuy for $47. I didn’t have any coupons or points, this is just the range the case fluctuates in. For that, again, I think you’re paying more for the brand name and less for the actual protection.

    Excellent Protection without being bulky.

    This is the best cell phone case I have ever had! It provides excellent protection for my new iphone 17 Pro but is not as bulky as my previous cases which means it slips into my 5th pocket perfectly. The charging slot is covered by a small pull to open feature which keeps debris out. Oh, and my phone was dropped from about 6 feet on to my concrete driveway the day I installed it and the phone was undamaged and I couldn't find even a scratch on the case. Definitely 5 stars!

    Case Review

    Great case, except the plastic part on the back scratches easily and always feels slimy. I still really like the case and would suggest others buy it.

    Good, simple eleance

    Comfortable to hold and slip resistant. Clean lines with classic, no frills look. I think it will do a good job of protecting the phone.

    Rock solid!

    I love the defender cases and the xt pro is great because it's clear and feels slimmer. I give this case to my kids and wife who constantly drop their phones and they're always protected and have never broken (knock on wood)
