Will a wireless charger work with this case
Answered by OtterBox Customer SupportHello! Yes, the OtterBox Defender Series Pro XT for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra is compatible with wireless charging. The case includes built-in magnets that help align the device for wireless charging and support up to 15W Fast Charge with compatible chargers.
Is there a holster for this case and is one included or do you sell one separately?
Answered by OtterBox Customer SupportWith our ongoing sustainability efforts, we have made the decision to remove holsters from the packaging. However, we still include a coupon code in every box to redeem for the Defender Holster accessory. If you need assistance with getting a holster, please contact our Customer Service Team via chat and we are happy to help with this!
Can a front screen protector be installed while using this case without it coming off or bubbling towards the corners of the phone screen? This was an issue with the fold 7 otterbox defender case.
Answered by OtterBox Customer SupportCopilot said: Hello! Thank you for your question. We do not test third-party screen protectors with our cases, so we are unable to guarantee compatibility. Because of this, we cannot say with certainty whether a particular screen protector will work with the OtterBox Defender Series Pro XT for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra. If you have any additional questions or need further assistance, please reach out to our Customer Service team via chat. We'd be happy to help!
