Ive had this case for a year now. Im a Ag mechanic/welder so i work 10 hours a day outside in all weather conditions rain, heat, dirt and mud. I love this case because its completely sealed and keeps all dirt and mud away from the speakers. I carry my phone in my shirt pocket so i tend to drop it a lot when i bend down or laying down under tractors. It has been submerged in a few puddles when it rains and has kept all water outside the case. Before this case i was getting phones every 6 months under insurance because speakers were get clogged up with dirt and they wouldn’t work. Im glad i found this case and will be getting a 2nd one since the screen protector is all scratched from the times Ive dropped it.

It was fine until one day (about a month after purchase) at work my screen was all dcratched up. My headphones were in the same pocket with my phone. I dealt with it because its not that much of a deal. A couple months later my camera cover is all messed up. So i cant take clear pictures anymore. Ive been dealing with it for awhile, but its getting annoying. I had a similar issue with the lifeproof fre case for my iphone X. Wish i just stuck with my basic case and screen protector. Considering i paid $100 for less than 6 months of satisfied usage. Another thing is the magnet thing in the case stopped stick to it and just sticks to my phone when i take the case off, to take pictures. Crazy part is i see the case is on sale and i considered buying again, but its not worth all the money. Its okay if you treat the case as delicate as the phone itself. Even though it got messed up IN MY POCKET! Id suggest not putting anything in your pocket with your phone and keep the case in a case. It’s clearly fragle. Maybe thats where they get the name, “fre”.
