I bought an OtterBox to protect my phone, not to enter a daily escape room. I have to take the case off to charge it, remove it to take decent pictures, and pressing the buttons requires the strength of a CrossFit champion. My phone is not safer from drops, because half the time the case is off to simply use the phone.

The Semmentry iPhone 16 Pro Max Case is a disappointing product that fails to meet expectations. The build quality is poor, with a flimsy design that does not provide adequate protection for the phone. The case is bulky and uncomfortable to hold, making it difficult to use one-handed. This case causes my side button to be constantly pushed in and won't allow my phone to work properly. I normally love Otterbox cases and their customer service but this one is defective. The color is super pretty and I'm bummed that I won't be able to use it.

Case has a great feel. Doent cover the area with new camera button and leaves edge of glass screen protector exposed. I’ve had 2 glass prtectoe break already (owned case 2 weeks). Otterbox, this is not acceptable!

The case doesn’t cover the new camera button. I’ve had two screen protectors crack in two weeks in that spot because the case doesn’t cover it at all.
