I bought all of these otter box cups they are great quality. They keep my coffee hot forever. This is a must have for the 20. Totally worth it. You don’t want to use the lid it comes with. The lid that the 20 comes with is good quality but It does not close.That lid is good for the 10 and you will have two lids for that one. But this thermal lid has two gaskets, a screw cap, and the cup top.

fits very nicely to the top of the bottle. After you fill it turn it upside down to make sure you have it on tight enough. don't over tighten it because it can be a real bear to get off

This is a great idea for a tumbler, this lid makes my tumbler more useful and versatile. works with hot or cold drinks, so far no leaks, etc.

Great for putting on the tumbler if you are using it more as a thermas. All of the accessories for the Otterbox tumbler work great.

I love this tumbler. And the lid works great for soup and other hot foods and coffee.

Nice accessory, but when you use it for hot beverages, the cup doesn’t keep them hot as long. Also, using the cap as a cup, the heat transfers directly to the outside, so it’s too hot to hold (and a little too big...).

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I've had this product for 2 months & the top no longer gets tight when you screw it on. I brought it in to best buy for help & they directed me to otterbox. After 2 weeks of waiting for my tumbler to come in, I receive an email asking for more pictures of my tumbler. I had already sent in 2 pictures prior to this time. Now they wanted me to send in the physical product. Besides paying the $5.99 for the warranty claim, now I have to pay for shipping to send the tumbler back. Not going to happen. I've been purchasing otterbox products for years with no problems whatsoever. Now that I have an issue (the first time for me) I will never buy another otterbox product again. They do not stand behind their products. Mine is not even damaged or has signs of wear & tear. It just stopped working. Thanks for nothing otterbox.
