The phone is amazing. This is my second upgrade. It's great if you have a buisness and use your phone for that purpose. It has so many features that help me with my buisness. One for example is: I can schedule text messages at any hour of the day to go out at whatever time I want. Usually if I'm up working late at night but need to sleep in, I can schedule messages to go out at 8:AM the next day.

The design is impractical. Only one, the back stand or the writing wand, can be attached to the case at one time. Also, the front box cracked, with my gentle use, around the screen. Maybe another design flaw? The item was/is too expensive for these major issues.

Compared to the other Otterbox and Samsung case, this is the better one for me. I haven't found one that I love as of yet! I am shocked that Otterbox hasn't made a good case that doesn't slide.

Bought this case because well, folds aren't cheap. The camera side is fine but the front screen protector is flimsy and a bit fragile. I suspect I'll replace it after I research other brands.

It’s a case but outside of that it is extremely flimsy and doesn’t do much for protecting the phone. The case comes with double sided tape to help hold it on and it lasted all of 2 days and the case fell off so much that the front cover was actually lost now, between putting phone in pocket to taking it out of pocket the front cover was gone gone. Out all the money now.

We include that adhesive strip to help hold everything in place, but we apologize if it didn't work as intended. As far as that top piece goes, you should be able to simply slide it back into place if it slips off a bit.

Not a well designed case, especially coming from otterbox. It looks cool but the front part of the case slides off even with the stickers on the inside plus the binding is exposed so pretty disappointed with this case. I'm a big otterbox fan so this one is a let down.

Pretty difficult to remove the plastic over the sticky tabs, resulting in the sticky tab being completely removed and becoming useless. The case has an okay fit, but not the best

I would definitely not purchase this case again it needs 2 sided adhesive tape to hold it on for the money there is definitely better options

I purchased this case, because for years Otterbox has always been dependable in protecting all of my devices, This particular case has rendered a different experience. Whether the phone is closed or open, the case falls off without any effort. The most recent occurrence caused my ZAGG screen protector to crack and peel off the screen. Needless to say, this has been a disappointing experience.

After about a 1 month use, the front part of the case does not stay on like it should. It will slip off and will have to put it back on. Back part stays on perfect.

Sorry to hear things are getting a bit squirrely with that front piece of your Thin Flex Series case. Were you able to make use of the five small pieces of adhesive on the inside of that plastic frame? Those should definitely help keep everything in place, but you'll first need to remove the thin film on each.

Very poor design, makes phone hard to use, destroys the complimenting screen protector also by forcing it to peel since the front case piece moves around a lot causing you to actually almost drop your phone as well. Makes using the front screen very difficult for swipe gestures.

Not worth the money. The case is thin and pops off very easily. It also blocks the side of the front screen, making it difficult to text. I decided to swap it out after using it for less than 3 days. This by far does not hold up to the Otterbox name, and a waste of money.

Starting to hate this case. Front cover falls right off as soon as you touch the phone. Front slide off in car phone holder while driving. If phone is dropped. I doubt there will be proper protection because it is so loose. Looking for new and better case.
