Joseph, Ivan and Mohamed did s really professional job. They figured out how to install it since there was granite in te back where the bracket goes. Clean installation.

The installer did a great job of removing the old unit without any damage to our tiles. The new microwave looks like it was always there.

Can't say enough about how awesome the installers were. Actual Best Buy employees and not third party contractors. No damage to other fixtures, solid installation and clean up after themselves. Best Buy sent appropriate number of installers for the item instead of being cheap and only sending one.

The guys arrived later in the evening in the 8:00pm hour. I had to pay more for them to install an outlet. The outlet was placed upside down. Other than that, the microwave is just beautiful.

I had Geek Squad handle the installation of my Whirlpool Above the Range Microwave. I've used them several times in the past. They are reliable and professional.

The San Bernardino store has by far the best customer service! Robert and Nathan in the major appliances department were great. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and fun to work with. When I had encountered a problem with my over-the-range microwave from a different store, they found a new one and set up the delivery and exchange. The following week, I drove 30 minutes back to this location to purchase my new refrigerator and Robert was there to help me again. Even David, the department manager had excellent customer service. I am very thankful for their kindness, patience and honesty. They get a 10 out of 10. From now on, I'm shopping at the San Bernardino Bestbuy, its worth the drive. Even the Delivery guy, Oscar was great. I am impressed with the customer service and their attitudes. I think and feel they deserve acknowledgement, a bonus and a raise. They earned it and deserve it!!!

Made the right choice with this microwave the installer that came to install it was very friendly explained everything great, I recently remodeled my kitchen everything is from Best Buy’s . My Samsung refrigerator will be next.

Agent Gerard is great at what he does. He was on-time, professional and personable. My condo was built in 1978 with cheap material. The sheetrock is friable, so I thought the installation would be a challenge, but Gerard had a caddy full of nifty tools. For every problem, he had a solution. Thank you for a job well done!

Best Buy, was a great choice for our new microwave oven. They came in a timely manner for the installation and the purchase was smooth.

The service was great. I have an older home and delivery guy went to look for screws to get the job done right the first time. Microwave look and works beautifully!!!
