The Panasonic LUMIX DMW-BG2 Battery Grip is compatible with the Panasonic LUMIX S1RII Mirrorless Digital Camera
By using two batteries, one in the camera and the other in the DMW-BG2 battery grip doubles the available battery life for extended shooting
You can replace the DMW-BG2 battery without powering down the device, ensuring uninterrupted shooting or recording. This hot-swapping capability allows for seamless battery changes, making it ideal for extended shoots, live streaming, or time-sensitive situations where downtime is not an option.
Shoot more dynamically without the need for external adapters or cables. In power-consuming recording modes, LUMIX S1RII and the DMW-BG2 batteries supply power simultaneously.
The battery grip offers the same comfortable hold and controls as the camera body. With a shutter button, dial, and 8-way joystick, it ensures intuitive operation, letting you shoot just as easily in a vertical position as you would horizontally.
