Sgt. Pepper taught a lot of bands to play in 1967, including New York's Paper Garden, whose attempt at a Fab Four-esque Summer of Love statement came out on Musicor Records the following year. Not nearly as sophisticated as the Beatles ' but equally ambitious, the album and it's kaleidoscopic essence get the proper reissue treatment on this 180-gram vinyl edition-sourced from the original master tapes and complete with the ultra-cool color-burst cover likely drawn under a pseudonym by Australian artist Martin Sharp of Disraeli Gears fame!
