I’ve tried a few balance boards over the years, but the Particula Go-Balance Sport is on another level. You can really feel every muscle firing.. core, legs, glutes, even my ankles and feet were working overtime just to stay stable. What surprised me most is how intense the workout actually is while still feeling like play. 10-15 minutes on this thing and I’m sweating way more than I do on most 45-minute gym sessions. If you want something that turns balance training into a legitimately challenging (and ridiculously fun) workout, grab the Go-Balance Sport. Worth every penny and is easily the best piece of home fitness gear I’ve bought in years. 11/10 would recommend!

I bought this for my wife and she uses it every day. She was looking for another way to build her core strength (She does yoga and HIIT) but wanted something for home. Since buying this she has challenged me to games and simply loves it. Highly Recommend.
