Peking Opera Blues - 4K Blu-Ray [4K Ultra HD Blu-ray]

In the early-1910s chaos following the Republican Revolution, a hunt for the whereabouts of a rumored imperial treasure would embroil a general's daughter (Brigitte Lin) involved with renegades, an aspiring actress (Sally Yeh) barred from joining her impresario father's troupe, and a courtesan (Cherie Chung) looking to retrieve jewelry she pilfered. Tsui Hark's acclaimed blend of acrobatics, humor, and political and feminist themes co-stars Kenneth Tsang. 104 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack Cantonese; Subtitles English.
