I was confused at first. We set this up for my son’s school computer. For the first week we couldn’t get the microphone to work with the camera. It’s so weird. You can connect the monitor to a machine via HDMI and the camera works fine, but to get the microphone to work, you have to connect with HDMI and the USB.
