I love the lights but ill go ahead and tell you a dirty trick, its the same bulb that you would put in your house, i swapped the white one out with color and it looks great!

If you are an skill person at home, you will love this lamps, tip: think outside the box with this, go creative, like making new holes to the base of the lamp, upgrade the white bulbs to the color ambiance, etc. because if you are thinking that this is a "plug & play" product you are wrong, definitely it will require some planning. Just don't be afraid of customizing this product!

My Hue outdoor lantern is what I needed for my front porch. Easy access via my GOOGLE MINI and GOOGLE ASSISTANT, I can program its hours of operation; on at dusk, off at dawn. I’ve had porch lights with motion detectors, but after a few months, the motion detection features always have failed on me. So, it was manually turn on, and manually turn off, and that’s if I remember!! No longer the case now. The light bulb is not easily accessible so no one can unscrew the light bulb. Add to that my RING DOORBELL 2 security which records nite time activity around my porch, my porch light has great illumination...

Nice light fixture to use for driveway, backyard, side yard, or even front door. Gives good amount of light and easy to install as long as you have the right electric box installed in the walls. Yes, you can add the color bulbs after but you have to sync with each bulbs code. They were not automatic for me. Had to enter manually.

Good for what it is and simple. The lightbulb included can be replaced with another light bulb that’s brighter.

As electrical fixtures go, this wasn't really any harder to set up than usual. It's a bit heavy though, so you may well want two people to speed along the process. Setup was mostly ok, though my Hue system had a hard time seeing the bulb. I had to input the bulb's serial number and turn all of my other bulbs on to strengthen the mesh and help the system find it. Once I did that, though, it registered right away and has worked fine since then.

This outdoor light was an easy install and it has a nice, modern style. The price is great and it gives off a great amount of light. Pairs with the outdoor motion sensor for full compatibility.

Great look! We got these to go with the Hue system we're putting together for the house. Great brightness and the app is super easy to use.

Added this light to moms new screen porch. Beautiful design that matched the ceiling fan perfectly. Easy to install.

These are great, but I do recommend getting one of the multi colored light bulbs. The one it comes with is not that bright.

It looks and works great. I just wish that the price was a bit more lower.

Very pleased with the aesthetics and lighting provided by this product.

Only complaint on this excellent product is the screws are super small and I lost one. Annoying and it provides no extras. Also, there is a small whole on the bottom that lets insects get in, which are attracted to light, and die. Once they’re in there you see a ton of insect corpses. Only really noticeable to me maybe but a bit morbid lol. They look excellent from the street and many compliment the look.

Nice looking light, docking a star because some parts were missing.

This lights are great. Fairly easy to install as a replacement. Can set the lights to turn on a half hour before sunset and off a half hour after sunrise. I may get another for a new install (and hire an electrician to install it).

I have this by my front door and it works great to have it set up in the Hue app to have the light turn on automatically at sundown and off at sunset.

The light itself Is amazing. I’ll look at kids to the outside of my home is even better. With the Phillips hue app it’s so easy to control and program.

Finally got hold of an outdoor wall fixture from Hue. I replaced the included A19 bulb with a Hue Color bulb and it gives me more options. Try it!
