Philosophy Gym Fitness Hammers are made from high grade steel. Philosophy Gym Fitness Hammers develop core strength, range of motion, better coordination, and improve work capacity. This Fitness Hammer is an excellent training tool for improving athletic performance and stronger grip strength. Due the hammers asymmetrical design, performing movements and strikes require a blend of balance, strength, as well as skill resulting in the body working harder and burning more calories making it ideal for full body exercises to help strengthen and tone muscles. Our Fitness Hammers feature a solid steel hammer head with a multi-grip knurled handle which is powder coated for added protection and longevity. The multi-grip knurled handle ensures versatility for different exercise movements and hand positions. We recommend starting with a lighter weight, then increase the weight once you’ve mastered how to stabilize and control the fitness hammer. Perfect for home gyms, garage gyms, tire slamming of course and ensuring you have the best equipment for working out anywhere.
