This was actually my first time buying a Pioneer brand tv. This was a great size in my living room. The setup was simple and clear . I was able to add my favorite networks easily and the picture quality was 10/10. But I noticed some yellow background light at the bottom of the screen which seemed to disappear slightly before the end of the first week. I still really wanted to not have to go through the process of returning it because I thought maybe the tv was just temporarily glitching because it was new. But now after having Tv for about a month, it disconnects randomly from our WiFi in the home every time I turn it on . And sometimes I have to unplug it because it will connect and disconnect over and over again. I’ve tried to unplug it and wait but that doesn’t help either. Or I’ll be able to get it connected and sign in to my network of choice and then after about ten minutes or so it will disconnect again. This is super disappointing but I don’t even have the box to return it anymore so now it’s just sitting on my entertainment center as decor.

I am extremely pleased with TV. Picture is sharp and sound is really great. I bought a full motion wall mount with the TV and all of it was delivered within 3 days. My brother and I installed the mount and TV with no problems. I upgraded from a 32 inch to a 65 inch and I am never going back to a smaller television. Pioneer was a brand I grew up with and they did not disappoint me. The delivery came when they said they would and they were in and out within a few minutes and they were very careful when they brought it. Since my brother and I put it up I do recommend you have a big blanket to set the screen on and take your time getting everything right. The screen was about 45 lbs. so it takes two (brother is 72 and I am 76). The price was really good, holiday special pricing. I recommend this TV to anyone.

Great value for the price. This is a great bedroom t v . Very good picture. A little light around the edges when you first turn it on but it has a great picture once it gets going. Very easy to use and user friendly. I highly recommend this t v for a bedroom or spare t v

We purchased the 65" Pioneer Xumo tv about 3 weeks ago on sale at BB. The picture is very good and I love the size, but I think that the sound could be a bit better. Anyway, we essentially like the tv, but there is an issue we have encountered about six times so far when the tv thinks that it is disconnected from our wifi, and displays a message to that effect. We found, after a call to support, that it then has the power has to be unplugged for a minute or two and plugged back in to say it's connected again. When it displays that it's not connected, and I go to settings it still shows that it is connected by a green check mark next to our wifi network name. And the issue is not our wifi for two reasons: (1) I have a wifi extender sitting on the tv stand next to the tv, and (2) Our previous Toshiba tv was in that same sport for quite a few years with no issue with wifi. This television is obviously not the same quality as the former Pioneer products. I really don't want to be unplugging and replugging this tv for the next few years. However, we are past the BestBuy return window (we were on vacation for most of those 14 days). My only recourse appears to be to call support repeatedly and see if they will do anything. Overall, I would recommend the tv, but with the caveat of questionable wifi consistency. Thanks for reading.

I purchased this item with Best Buy and the website user interface was super friendly, as well as the customer service! When I went to pick up my TV, we came to find out that my car was too small. So the employee brought me in and we did delivery. The delivery guys were extremely kind and complimented my pug. I'll forsure buy again. The TV is beautiful, the picture is clear 4K resolution. The sound is crisp, it's better with a soundbar though. The boxing itself was simple and easy to remove from the wrapping. Other than that, the only CON I see with this TV is the remote and internal TV sensor that responds to the remote powering on feature. It's a bit delayed and inconsistent. Great TV and Great Price.

Terrific TV at a terrific price. Looks great, sounds great, easy set up. We had a minor hiccup with the sound and just had to do a factory reset, seems to be good to go now.

For the price it’s a great buy. Using for my bedroom Would not recommend for main tv Great for rooms / garage / gaming or display use Not sure if it’s me but at times looks blurry App Xumo not bad . Only flaw can’t download other apps have to use what’s pre installed which has a good selections already. My Apple TV app does not show my purchase movies / library. Call support but after all steps didn’t get resolved. So that kind of numbed me a lil Picture give 7/10 Sound 8.5/10 No Dolby atmos which is ok again it’s for my room Hooked up to a Sonos beam sound bar and sounds greats Has Dolby vision. Tested with Dolby vision movies. Not bad not great but good overall For the price and size $300 65” I get a TCL vibe and likely it was made by tcl which are good in my opinion For a budget tv with Dolby vision and Dolby audio not atmos it’s a great buy. Only 2 weeks with it and still happy. Got till April to return if I don’t like. But so far good One thing is the black. As can see in picture can see the led lights. On top of screen , does any other customer have same issue ? Let me know please ….

Excellent image and audio quality. As for the system, it is not compatible with many everyday applications. It has a little delay, but in general, in terms of the quality-price ratio, it is a good option.

I purchased this screen to replace another screen that broke within the first week of owning it. The previous screen had not plastic frame (trim bezel) and it cracked after moving it literally one time. The other manufacturer wouldn't warranty it (obviously), so I needed to find a brand that I can trust. This pioneer is REALLY nice and was less expensive than the previous screen that is now a boat anchor. We were watching football and hockey on this in a garage application and there is almost zero blur when the puck or football is in motion. The app integration is also really nice, but MOST important is that I can put this on a cantilever mount and move this around without breaking it and having anxiety. I highly recommend this screen over a screen that doesn't have a plastic frame. There is zero esthetic benefit to having a glass edge frame and it makes the TV way too delicate. Buy this Pioneer with confidence and you will have a great screen for a long time!

We have the 65' LG G3 OLED in our living room but needed a decent TV for the home office. I had been eyeing the Pioneer XUMO TV for some but could not find any practical reviews. I must say i am ver im pressed with the picture qiality of rhe Pioneer and while its not OLED, its a very nice crisp picture and ar just at $300 or so, its almoat a steal. We will see how long this thing lasts and stands up but for the money and in a sexondary room, its perfect!

We are loving this tv! Never heard of the brand until we starting having problems with our LG tv. Did some research and found it to be good quality. So far it has been great, we love that it is compatible with out iPhone and iPad. Very easy to use, some smart tvs are not. Loving Xumo! Great purchase, highly recommended!

Picture Quality is on the higher end for a relatively low price. TV lacks some apps like Crunchyroll and countless other small platforms. But can be fixed with buying a separate streaming box or stick.

This TV is awesome, I'm STILL learning about (and from) my Pioneer Smart TV. The picture quality and sound is amazing. I bought this TV sight unseen so I trusted BestBuy's opinion and Pioneer's reputation. I am so happy I did, and my GeekSquad team was great - I was sad when they had to leave. But they set everything up and told me about other products that would help me in my home, such as a more individualized security system for me. Buying from Best buy and this Pioneer TV was the Best decision I've made in a long time. Thank you

Found this on clearance and not a bit disappointed for calling the store after being notified on the app about it. Ensured it was still available and went to collect it immediately. Cheap price and great value. Top brands are good (arguably) as your primary positioned television. But unnecessary from my perspective sitting in on other locations in your home. Skip the high $$$ and go with an item on clearance for your secondary viewing rooms. If the ratings are up to your standards and the price is right, you’ll be satisfied in the end. The gap between top of the line and other established brands is closing every day. This bargain was well worth it. Thank you for the suggestion Best Buy!

Great tv, nice picture, don't love the remote. We do like the quick links on the remote though. We got the tv for a great price.
