Great for VOIP office phones (Polycom VVX500)

Quality is great and sound is crystal clear! Only drawback is that the Quick Disconnect cable is additional and Best Buy did not stock the one I need for the Polycom VVX500.

Headset works good and provides basic phone capability. It doesn't come with any connecting cables for specific VoIP systems. Any required cables have to be ordered separately for specific system. Research required.

Thank you for your honest review on our SupraPlus headset. These series of headsets have a quick disconnect plug and require an adapter cable depending on the device you're connecting them to.
