You can’t - at least not reliably. Going to the store is about the only way. Since most stores do not accept local calls anymore, and the main number is basically useless for inventory, going in person is the only realistic option. I assume because TCG distributors manage the product delivery vs. Best Buy central warehouses, there isn’t a simple automated upload once the stuff is received by the store into the inventory system at the store. Because the TCG disappears so fast, it never makes it to the in store inventory, or it is gone before the backend refresh cycle can update it. It sucks, but it seems to be the reality, and I’d rather understand reality so I can deal with it.
