Polica - Give You the Ghost - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

Polica began as a collaboration between fellow Gayngs' members Channy Leaneagh and Ryan Olson in June of 2011. By July the pair had completed 11 songs, made the key additions of two drummers and a bass player, and headed into the studio to put the finishing touches on what would become Polica's debut album, Give You the Ghost. After Mike Noyce (Bon Iver) lent his voice to a couple of tracks, the record was brought to Austin, TX, where it was mixed with Jim Eno (Spoon). With it's sultry R&B rhythms and intensely electro, Goth-pop vibes, Give You the Ghost could not be more perfect. Album Tracks 1. Amongster 2. I See My Mother 3. Violent Games 4. Dark Star 5. Form 6.
